Youtube Stories: Now Availabe to Creators with over 10,000 Subscribers

Last year, Youtube launched stories feature, like most of social media apps, like snapchat, instagram and facebook. But feature was in beta mode and some selected creators was able to use Youtube Stories in which they can add text, filters, stickers and music. Stories appear to both subscribers and non-subscribers, and lasts for 7 days.

But, in June, YouTube said it would later in the year expand Stories to all creators with more than 10,000 subscribers. And as youtube promise they expand the stories feature to every creator with 10,000 subscribers or more.

Youtube's motive behind the youtube stories feature is that creators will be able to make good bond with their audience, as it allows creators to publish more polished and better videos or pictures with help of text, filters, stickers and music as stories for 7 days to subscribers and non subrscribers.

This announcement was officialy made by Youtube in blogpost in which they said:
"Community has always been at the heart of YouTube. From supporting each other, to touring the world, to making each other laugh, you and your audience have established strong bonds on YouTube. This connection goes beyond video, so about a year ago we invited a few creators to test out a new place to connect with fans in-between uploads with polls, pictures, text, GIFs, and more. We called this place Community. Creators have been doing amazing things with it, such as Anitta sharing behind-the-scenes photos, Marshmello teasing sneak preview GIFs, and Vidya polling subscribers for ideas. So starting today we're excited to expand Community to creators with over 10,000 subscribers."
