Xiaomi is reportedly working on the latest phone for its flagship Mi Mix series, and it is expected to come with Xiaomi's first phone under-display front camera. And Mi Mix 4 is not the only Xiaomi device that might come with an under-display camera, CC 11 and Mi Fold 2 are also in the line.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 is expected to be released in the third quarter of this year. And according to a Weibo tipster @DCS, the flagship is codenamed "Odin" and is expected to come with the latest Snapdragon 888 processor, 4500 mAh battery, and 120W fast charging support.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 4's screen quality is expected to be inferior to that of the Mi 11 Ultra. Mi MIX 4 may not support a 2K+ resolution display, it will have the usual 1080P screen.
Xiaomi is not the only tech giant working on the under-display camera technology. Every smartphone manufacturer has been working on making the best version of it since the first-ever under-display camera appeared on ZTE Axon 20 5G. Samsung will also be bringing its under-display camera tech in its Galaxy Fold 3, the latest generation of its most expensive flagship lineup.
