First Wave of Apple iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max started Shipping before the release date

Some U.S. Apple customers posted online that their pre-ordered iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Max have already started shipping. But you should not expect your iPhone 12 pre-order to arrive so soon, the release date is still November 13.

Apple opened up pre-orders for the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max on November 6 and was not supposed to be shipped before November 13, but some customers shipping information is showing that it's already in shipping phase.

And again, keep in mind that just because orders are already shipping to some customers, doesn’t mean you should expect your iPhone 12 mini or iPhone 12 Pro Max, to arrive early. Apple works very rigorously with its shipping partners to ensure that the package doesn't arrive earlier than the release date.

Regardless of whether it has shipped or is being prepared, it is pretty unlikely that a lot of customers will receive their iPhone orders ahead of that time. The deliveries will largely occur on or after Apple's official release date.
